Sonalyst Solutions was founded when the principals realized that there was a distinct lack of methodology for analyzing a network, LAN, WAN, or VoIP. This methodology developed from the co-founders needing a more holistic view of the network than was realized at the time. By developing their true 7 Layer methodology Sonalyst began performing network analysis that provided a depth not found in companies at the time.
As the company grew they expanded into additional areas of specialization that included Security, VoIP, Wireless, and Professional Services. All these areas continued to utilize the same methodology as our network analysis. Each layer's data was captured and analyzed and then reviewed under a single umbrella to present an understanding of the network that went beyond the individual layers of the OSI Stack.
Sonalyst continues to build on its expertise from the past and has developed a unique product that allows small business entities the security and insight of a high end firewall/intrusion detection system, with the ease of use and insight into their network only found in a product costing much more.
VoIP Readiness Assessments
Sonalyst solves these problems by providing a comprehensive testing regimen that includes simulation of IP calls over an existing network and extensive stress testing of the network. This testing ensures the success of VoIP implementations by eliminating the typical cause of frustration: unwanted network traffic, faulty network configuration, and hardware not able to support VoIP.
